On November 29, 2023, it was shown on the monitoring information release platform of key sewage enterprises in Shaanxi Province that the total discharge port of the biochemical treatment station of Hancheng City **Water Co. total phosphorus, total nitrogen 11/16, 11/17 was suspected to exceed the emission standards. PECC reflected the situation to the local environmental protection bureau through 12369 and microblogging, as shown in the figure below:

Feedback was received from the local EPA on January 10, 2024: a decision to file a penalty has been made.
